People ask me, “Why do you wear a necklace with a heart inside a heart?” My necklace serves as a reminder that when we seek God with all our hearts, we will find Him. And He longs for us to care in our hearts about what He cares about.
One day as I was reading the Bible, I noticed a verse which says, “He did evil because he had not set his heart on seeking the Lord.” (2 Chronicles 12:14) When we seek the Lord, our hearts become more like His. We seek to be more loving, kinder, and to do good, not harm.
“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29:13)
“But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation.” Psalm 13:5
